Shouguang Maolong New Material Technology Development Co., Ltd. is located 300 meters south of the intersection of Shenghai East Road and Xingang Road in Yangkou Town, Shouguang City. It is adjacent to Shouguang Port to the east and has excellent land and sea transportation resources. The company currently has more than 600 employees.

The company has two product production lines, a smelting plant and a casting plant, as well as auxiliary workshops such as oxygen production stations, seawater desalination, sewage treatment, and waste heat power generation. Its main products are high-purity and ultra high purity pig iron and castings, with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons. The products are mainly used for deep processing of high-speed rail, automobiles, wind power, nuclear power, petrochemicals, as well as various low-temperature impact resistant castings and ductile iron parts.
The high-end smelting smelting reduction (Hlsmelt) technology of the smelting plant mainly consists of preheating and pre reduction, coal powder preparation, material injection, smelting reduction furnace body, gas treatment, slag treatment, flue gas desulfurization and other systems. Compared to traditional blast furnace smelting, the Hlmelt smelting reduction technology theoretically abandons the traditional metallurgical industry's long process and high pollution smelting methods, eliminates high pollution and high investment pre processes such as pelletizing, sintering, and coking, greatly reduces the generation of pollutants, and eliminates the emergence of toxic gases such as dioxins. The emission of sulfur dioxide is reduced by more than 30% compared to traditional blast furnaces. At the same time, the quality of high-purity pig iron products for casting produced by this technology far exceeds that of similar products produced by traditional processes, with advantages such as low silicon, low phosphorus, low titanium, and low five harmful trace elements. It can significantly improve the compressive strength, tensile strength, elongation, and low-temperature impact resistance of castings, providing high-quality raw materials for the research and manufacturing of high-end steel in China.
The foundry has various production processes such as V-method casting, centrifugal casting, water glass sand casting, coated sand casting, resin sand casting, lost foam casting, etc. It is equipped with complete molding equipment, casting equipment, post-treatment equipment, testing equipment and other supporting facilities. The main products include various cast iron parts such as valve bodies, red sleeves, counterweights, rolling tools, valve parts, tool resistant parts, and kit resistant parts. The products are sold nationwide and in regions such as the United States and Canada.
In order to tap into the potential of new quality productivity and enhance market competitiveness, foundries continuously increase their investment in research and development of new products, closely monitor industry trends, actively introduce advanced casting processes and technologies, and abandon outdated and low degree of clean production processes. We plan to establish a new fully intelligent static pressure line for small and medium-sized casting production and a resin sand medium to large casting production line. Leveraging the casting advantages of Hlsmelt melt reduction high-purity molten iron, we aim to expand our product production range and unleash our potential in areas such as automotive parts, engine parts, agricultural machinery parts, ship parts, and heavy machinery parts. Our goal is to achieve an annual production capacity of 100000 tons of castings within 2 years and 300000 tons of castings within 5 years.
