The four parties had in-depth exchanges on HIsmelt smelting reduction technology and reached strategic cooperation. Fu Shigang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Metallurgical Division of Luli Group, Guo Dong, General Manager of the Metallurgical Division, Wei Wensheng, Deputy General Manager of the Metallurgical Division, Fang Jianwu, Deputy General Manager of Shouguang Maolong New Material Technology Development Co., Ltd., and other leaders warmly received and accompanied the inspection and discussion. Four parties will join forces to carry out exclusive cooperation in Morocco, build the HIsmelt factory, and jointly explore a new blueprint for the HIsmelt smelting reduction industry.

Accompanied by Chairman Fu Shigang, Mohamed AZMI and his delegation visited the production site of Maolong New Materials, focusing on understanding the production and operation of HISmelt smelting reduction. They highly recognized and appreciated the company's stable production and efficient production management mode.

At the symposium, Chairman Fu Shigang warmly welcomed the arrival of Mohamed AZMI and his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the overall situation, business operations, and future development plans of the group. He stated that Maolong New Materials' practice in the field of HIsmelt smelting reduction, especially in terms of production efficiency and production costs, demonstrates Maolong New Materials' innovative courage. SINAM GROUP, as one of the largest steel production enterprises in Morocco, has abundant high phosphate iron ore and coal resources. It is also the only enterprise allowed by the Moroccan government to build steel smelting projects. This cooperation will integrate resources and technological advantages, complement the industrialization capabilities of Chinese enterprises, and provide a new low-carbon production model that can be promoted for the HIsmelt smelting reduction industry.

At the symposium, SINAM GROUP (Global Steel) and Phoenix Resources proposed six requirements, including HIsmelt process technology authorization, operational support, and high phosphate ore testing. Chairman Fu Shigang provided answers one by one. During the communication process, the four parties highly recognized the advantages of both parties and ultimately reached a consensus. Hismelt's technology owner, Shouguang Maolong New Material Technology Development Co., Ltd., has established an exclusive cooperation with SINAM GROUP (Global Steel) of Morocco to build a Hismelt factory in Morocco. Global Steel and related companies have agreed to provide Maolong New Materials with over 600000 tons of Moroccan high phosphate ore per year under the contract conditions agreed upon by both parties.

Through this collaboration, Maolong New Materials will fully leverage its resource integration advantages in the HIsmelt smelting reduction field, effectively coordinate the global leading technological advantages of its partners Shanye Design Institute and Phoenix Resources, and provide SINAM GROUP with efficient, stable, and reliable one-stop solutions. This cooperation model will also provide a replicable model for promoting future HIsmelt smelting reduction projects globally, further strengthening the resilience of regional industrial chains. Maolong New Materials has a low-carbon development vision of "fully building a low-carbon ecosystem with full process and full business coverage, and becoming a pioneer in global green steel". It promotes green and low-carbon development in accordance with the principles of "green industrialization and industrial greening", and establishes a sound "dual carbon" work promotion system.
